Sileola Aluko is the founder and Managing Director of Beryl Healthcare Ltd. She has over 20 years experience in HomeCare management and her professional background is in Primary Care & Community Nursing.
Sileola places emphasis on person-centred care and so Beryl Healthcare provides a service that excels by always listening and responding to needs and changing circumstances of the people we care for — with respect and competence.

Founder · Registered Manager · Nominated Individual
Sile established Beryl Healthcare following more than 20 years working directly in care. Her experience spans personal care, dementia support, palliative care, and complex needs — across home settings and residential environments. She is registered with the Care Quality Commission as both registered manager and nominated individual, which means she holds direct personal accountability for the quality and safety of every care arrangement the company makes.
Sile leads every assessment personally and remains involved in the most complex and sensitive care situations. Her approach is grounded in listening before recommending, and in treating every person as an individual with their own history, preferences, and goals.
